Requirements

• Previous DSP, caregiver, or similar experience preferred
• Reliability, compassion, and professionalism
• Willingness to follow DDD service guidelines and Endeavor standards
• Desire to be part of a team - not just fill shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living skills and community integration
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with members and families
• Work alongside a team that values professionalism, empathy, and accountability
