If you bring professionalism, compassion, and strong hands-on experience, you will thrive here. What You’ll Do As a DSP, you will be a consistent, reliable presence for the individuals we support. You will help guide daily skill-building, promote independence, and support safe and enriching community participation. In this role, you will: Support individuals with daily living, social, communication, and community engagement goals. Follow each person’s support plan with accuracy and accountability. Document progress, data, and observations clearly and on time. Ensure safety and supervision at all times, including during outings and transport. Identify and report changes in physical, medical, or behavioral status. Encourage positive interactions and model appropriate behavior. Maintain clean, safe program environments and vehicles. You will be part of a team that values professionalism, reliability, and high standards of care.
