Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Prior experience as a caregiver, DSP, or related field preferred (but not required — we provide training)
- Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government-issued ID)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Valid Driver's License (required)
- Proof of Auto Insurance (required)

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, medication reminders)
- Support daily living activities (meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, budgeting)
- Encourage independence and skill development in the home and community
- Provide safe transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment and document care provided
- Offer companionship, advocacy, and respect for client privacy
