Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Prior experience as a caregiver, DSP, or related field preferred (but not required — we provide training)
  • Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid, unexpired documents: government-issued ID)
  • Reliable transportation (required)
  • Valid Driver's License (required)
  • Proof of Auto Insurance (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a caregiver, DSP, or related field preferred (but not required — we provide training)
  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
  • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, medication reminders)
  • Support daily living activities (meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, budgeting)
  • Encourage independence and skill development in the home and community
  • Provide safe transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities
  • Maintain a safe, supportive environment and document care provided
  • Offer companionship, advocacy, and respect for client privacy
