About The Position
Ability to be in the group home for 24 hours - 6am to 10pm regular hours and 10pm to 6am sleep time. Requirements
- Driver's License, Social Security Card and High School / GED diploma for pre-employment review
- Operational Vehicle
- Vehicle Registration
- Vehicle Insurance
- Pre-Employment Criminal Background, Physical Examination, TB Test, Drug-Screen
- Ability to be in the group home for 24 hours - 6am to 10pm regular hours and 10pm to 6am sleep time.
Responsibilities
- Ensure health and safety of individuals
- Provide emergency support when necessary
- Participate as a team member
- Assist individuals with supporting their goals
- Assist with daily living skills such as personal hygiene care, shopping, laundry and meal preparation
- Transportation to doctor appointments, other programs, employment, etc.
- Documentation on online system required
- Ability to read and implement and Individual Support Plan (ISP)
