Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1 Year experience (CNA, DSP, Caregiver, PCA)
- Ability to pass required background clearances (Criminal, OIG, CPS/APS, FBI fingerprinting)
- Ability to lift/assist up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, mobility)
- Support community involvement, errands, appointments, and life skills development
- Follow each Individual Support Plan (ISP) with care and attention
- Monitor health, safety, and behavior and report concerns appropriately
- Complete daily documentation accurately
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and healthy boundaries
- Participate in required trainings and ongoing skill development
