Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3–6 months related experience or Human Services training
  • Valid CT Driver’s License
  • Ability to obtain DDS Medication Certification, CPR & First Aid

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on direct care and daily living support (ADLs)
  • Support medical and healthcare needs, including appointments and follow-through
  • Implement behavior support plans and habilitation programs
  • Promote community integration, independence, and quality of life
  • Support meals, special diets, and safety procedures
  • Overnight roles complete hourly safety checks
