As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Bancroft NeuroRehab you'll provide a wide array of residential rehabilitation options to meet the needs of adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions as well as interllectual and developmental disabilities. Bring Out the Best in You and Those We Serve Bancroft's community-based residences for people with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions, fosters a stable environment where each individual can experience independence. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills. We are hiring across Brick, NJ . Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including evenings, and overnights.
Requirements
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Have a current driver's license in good standing
- Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
- Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
