About The Position
About North Shore Services North Shore Services has been providing residential services for adults with developmental disabilities since 1985. Licensed by the State of Ohio and a Medicaid Individual Options Waiver provider, North Shore provides individuals with twenty-four-hour access to trained staff in group home and shared living (foster) settings in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Our goal is to help each client achieve his or her greatest possible happiness and independence. We believe that our residents should be included in society and not segregated from it. Client self-determination, inclusion in the community, and positive staff intervention are fundamental to our philosophy.
