Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Interest in Human Services or Healthcare
- CT Driver’s License
- Ability to obtain required certifications
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living skills and personal care
- Implement behavioral goals and individualized service plans
- Support community participation and independence
- Follow medical, dietary, and safety procedures
- Overnight positions complete hourly wellness checks
