About The Position

Supportive Behavioral Resources, Inc. is hiring for a Full-Time Direct Support Professional (DSP)! As a DSP, you will be enhancing the lives of those SBR provides services to by supporting achievement in personal outcomes through daily living skills, community involvement, and advocacy.

Full-Time 42.5 hour per week schedule:
Monday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (8:30 hours)
Tuesday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (8:30 hours)
Wednesday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (8:30 hours)
Thursday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (8:30 hours)
Friday: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (8:30 hours)

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Valid PA Driver's License & access to a reliable car preferred
• Candidates with Autism Experience
• Physical/PPD
• Pre-Employment Drug Screening
• Willing to assist with daily living skills and personal care needs
• Professional with the ability to maintain records
• Great Communication skills
• Safe driver
• Team player
