The DSP is responsible for working with individuals who are diagnosed with an Intellectual/Developmental Disability; Complex Health Conditions, and/or Mental Health Disorders. The DSP may assist the individual with various goals and direct care such as bathing, feeding, meal prep, and other duties as assigned. Also, the DSP may provide supervision and Transportation while in the community. Requirements
- Proof of Auto Insurance with a RELIABLE VEHICLE to get to and from work and for on-shift community driving activities.
- Must work well with individuals who may display behaviors.
- Must Pass a Background Check
- Have or Obtain your First Aid/CPR Certification
- Initial or Annual DSP Certification
Responsibilities
