We’re currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in our Group Homes, where 6–8 individuals live together in a safe, supportive environment. As a DSP, you’ll help people build independence, navigate daily life, follow individualized service plans, and create a home where everyone feels valued and respected. Awake night shifts have a $1 differential between the hours of 11PM-6AM. Requirements

  • Requires knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma.
  • Must have knowledge and skills necessary to perform ordinary household functions.
  • Must possess good observation skills and relate observations accurately, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform basic computer operations.
  • Will meet and maintain the required certifications to become a medication technician and CPR, First Aid and DD certified as required for the position.
