About The Position

Requirements

• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping others
• High School Diploma or GED (required for HCBS)
• Valid driver's license (required for HCBS & ICF)
• Reliable personal vehicle and valid insurance (required for HCBS)
• Ability to handle physical aspects of the role (transfers, lifting, etc.)

Nice To Haves

• Prior DSP or CNA experience is a plus-but not required!

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living tasks (personal care, cooking, cleaning, community outings)
• Teach life skills that promote independence
• Encourage and implement person-centered goals
• Help manage behaviors with positive, proactive approaches
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
