Community Connection: Support individuals as they get involved in local activities, events, and opportunities across Central Ohio and beyond. Personalized Care & Support: Provide person-centered assistance tailored to each individual’s needs. Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and belonging. Requirements

  • Passion for Inclusion: A desire to support and empower individuals with disabilities is required.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to support diverse needs.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.

Nice To Haves

  • Education: 2-year degree preferred, but not required.
  • Experience is helpful.
