Community Connection: Support individuals as they get involved in local activities, events, and opportunities across Central Ohio and beyond. Personalized Care & Support: Provide person-centered assistance tailored to each individual’s needs. Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and belonging. Empowerment Through Skill-Building: Support developing life skills, communication abilities, confidence, and personal goals. Behavioral Support with Dignity: Use positive, respectful strategies to guide behavior and respond to challenges with empathy and understanding. Requirements

Passion for Inclusion: A desire to support and empower individuals with disabilities is required.
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to support diverse needs.
Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.

Nice To Haves

Education: 2-year degree preferred, but not required.
Experience is helpful.
