Requirements

A caring heart and a commitment to helping others live with dignity and independence.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
A valid driverâs license, personal vehicle, and insurance.
Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check.
CPR Certification and a recent TB test (we can help you obtain both if needed).

Nice To Haves

Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plusâbut if you bring passion and dedication, weâll provide the training.

Responsibilities

Support individuals with everyday activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and personal hygiene routines.
Take individuals on community outingsâwhether for appointments, errands, or just to enjoy the day.
Track and document changes in overall health and behavior to support their care.
Assist with medication reminders or administration when needed.
Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
