Our Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) are the heart of our mission, providing compassionate and individualized support. The Role: As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them, assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support with personal care, meal preparation, transportation, and community outings.
- Foster independence by helping individuals develop life skills and make choices.

- Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating empathy and patience.
- Collaborate effectively with a supportive team of DSPs, supervisors, and families.
