As a DSP, you'll play a key role in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to build skills, explore their community, and live independent, fulfilling lives. You'll spend your days engaging in a variety of fun and meaningful activities-from bowling, to mini golf, to shopping, and more-while helping individuals achieve their personal goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a team-oriented approach, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
