Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

  • Education: 2-year degree preferred, not required.
  • Experience: Helpful but not required,heart, attitude, and willingness to learn matter most.
  • Passion for Inclusion: A genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities.
  • Skills: Strong communication, patience, teamwork, and problem-solving.
