Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or caregiving experience.
• Effective interpersonal skills and empathy.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver's license with an exceptional driving record.

• 1 year of direct care experience (preferred).
• Driver's License (preferred).

• Educating individuals on socially acceptable alternatives to negative behavior.
• Ensuring privacy and confidentiality for clients.
• Developing trusting relationships with clients, co-workers, and families.
