About The Position

Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, is seeking reliable direct support staff to provide one-on-one non-medical care to our intellectually disabled clients. This position offers flexible scheduling with immediate openings in Allentown for part-time shifts during weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The role includes assisting individuals with personal care services, companionship, light housekeeping, and ensuring a safe environment for clients. Candidates must be comfortable using mobile devices for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) as mandated by the 21st Century Cures Act.

Requirements

• Experience in providing direct support or personal care services
• Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for logging visits and tracking service hours
• Reliable internet access

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
