We are currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP I) who are compassionate, dependable, and committed to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in meaningful, everyday ways. What You’ll Do As a DSP, you play a hands-on role in supporting residents throughout their daily routines while promoting independence and quality of life. Provide direct care and supervision throughout the shift Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining Support residents with daily living skills and personal goals Implement behavior and skill-building programs Facilitate leisure activities and community outings Transport residents to appointments and activities Maintain a clean, organized living environment Accurately document services in accordance with Parc policy and state requirements Assist with meal preparation and kitchen duties when needed
