About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate individuals to provide care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes. This position requires at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. We have openings for Home Health Aides, Habilitation Technicians, and Direct Support Professionals in Concord, Midland, and Kannapolis. The shifts are available Monday through Friday during the day and evening, with day shifts generally starting around 8 AM and ending around 5 PM, and evening shifts starting around 4 PM and ending around 9 PM. Weekend shifts are also available.

Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities

Nice To Haves

• Experience in home health care
• Certification as a Home Health Aide or Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities

• Provide mental/behavioral health care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD)
• Work independently in a client’s home or community
• Maintain high standards of excellence in care provision
