The Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Float provides direct care within Supported Living homes in Tacoma/Lakewood and will provide staffing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD). This position requires a dependable candidate who is flexible in their schedule, works well independently, and has exceptional communication and decision-making skills. Float DSPs are adaptable and will have the necessary skill set to be able to work at multiple homes.
