About The Position

Join our team as a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver in Baraboo, WI. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver, you will assist individuals with disabilities in a residential group home, helping them achieve various outcomes, assist with personal cares, and provide normalization/community integration. The DSP is responsible for providing support and mentorship with daily activities to ensure the health and safety of those we support. This includes helping with meals, cleaning, and facilitating fun activities, as well as providing hands-on mentoring to encourage independence and administering medication to ensure the medical well-being of individuals.

Requirements

• Excitement for working with adults with disabilities.
• Successful background clearance required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Valid driver's license required for transporting persons served.
• Comfortable driving company vehicles to transport persons served.

• Experience with adults with mental health issues, disabilities, or related experience.
