Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, meals, and mobility.
Encourage independence, self-advocacy, and participation in community activities.
Support recreational, social, and life-skills programming.
Follow individualized support plans and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
Build positive, trusting relationships with individuals served.
