At Dungarvin, we are a mission-driven team dedicated to providing person-centered supports that allow individuals to live as independently as possible. Since 1976, we have been rooted in respect, response, and choice, working directly with people in need of assistance, and/or living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs. With services in 15 states, our team is united by a shared commitment to making a real difference—one person, one voice, one choice at a time. This role involves providing hands-on care, assisting individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry duties, all while fostering independence. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that ensures comfort and support, helping individuals reach their personal goals. Additionally, you will mentor and guide individuals by providing supervision, positive reinforcement, and support to help them achieve their aspirations.
