We are currently seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with behavioral care experience to provide one‑on‑one support for a male client in a Downtown facility. Requirements

Valid driver's license and car
Over 18 years old
Eligible to work in the United States
Able to pass a background check
Experience in managing dementia and behavioral conditions

Responsibilities

offering companionship to foster meaningful relationships
assisting with personal hygiene needs such as peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, and brief changes to ensure comfort and dignity
help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs
provide transportation for outings or appointments
give timely medication reminders to support overall health

Benefits

Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $16.75 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)
