We are currently seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with behavioral care experience to provide one‑on‑one support for a male client in a Downtown facility. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and car
  • Over 18 years old
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Experience in managing dementia and behavioral conditions

Responsibilities

  • offering companionship to foster meaningful relationships
  • assisting with personal hygiene needs such as peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, and brief changes to ensure comfort and dignity
  • help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
  • prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs
  • provide transportation for outings or appointments
  • give timely medication reminders to support overall health

Benefits

  • Competitive Base Pay: Starting at $16.75 up to $18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
  • Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $16.75/hour for any training or GUIDE Respite shifts
  • Raises: Available after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours
  • Bonus: Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)
  • Mileage: Paid between client visits (if under one hour apart)
