Since 1976, we have been working alongside people in need of assistance, and/or living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs. This role involves working directly with these individuals to provide direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance. The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect. A reliable work schedule and varied day-to-day experiences are part of the role. No prior experience is required if basic job requirements are met, as necessary paid training and hands-on experience will be provided.
