Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for Helping Others.
• Physical stamina to stay on your feet, walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities like personal care, meal prep, and transportation, all while fostering independence.
• Maintain a clean, safe space that ensures comfort and support while helping individuals reach their personal goals.
• Provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance to help individuals achieve their aspirations.

Benefits

• Fixed Rate: $18.50/hr
• Open Full-time & Part-time schedules (All persons in this position should be prepared to work some weekend shifts and holidays.)
