About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll be the heart of daily support, helping individuals live with dignity and independence. You’ll provide hands-on care and encouragement, assist with personal needs like bathing, dressing, and mobility, support individuals in building life skills and reaching personal goals, and create a safe, respectful, and positive environment where people can thrive.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Patient, compassionate, and committed to helping others.
• Dependable, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Observant, detail-oriented, and motivated by growth.
• Comfortable using technology for documentation.
• Good communication skills for documenting care, following support plans, and collaborating with team members.
