About The Position
We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who are passionate about working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves assisting individuals with various activities of daily living, including hygiene, meal preparation, mobility, community integration, and providing behavioral supports. At Hummingbird Care Home, DSPs will have the opportunity to work in diverse settings, including 24-hour residential group homes and Supported Living Programs (SLPs), where individuals are supported in their own homes. The position is full-time, with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $18.25 to $22.00, depending on relevant work experience and certifications. As a DSP, you will engage in meaningful interactions with clients, helping them achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life. The role requires a commitment to providing compassionate care and support, ensuring that each individual feels valued and respected.
