Supervise and support Individuals based on their individual needs as defined in their Individual Service Plans (ISP), while keeping in mind what is important to and for the individuals. Provide training and assistance with daily living skills such as but not limited to the following: hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, assisting with food intake, and medication management as prescribed or ordered, toileting, etc. Assist with communication using tools and devices tailored to the individuals' needs and provide safe transportation with available company vehicle of last resort personal vehicles. Document activities, behaviors, and progress clearly, while maintaining a safe and clean environment as well as report safety concerns. Respond to emergency situations using appropriate protocols.
