About The Position
Pony Bird is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team to enrich the lives of individuals with disabilities. The role involves supporting individuals to reach their full life potential while maintaining their quality of life with dignity and respect. You will assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) and provide total care supports, encouraging independence to the individual's capacity. As a Direct Support Professional, you will serve as a positive role model to promote appropriate adult behavior, provide accurate documentation, adhere to and implement Individual Support Plans, and assure a safe, clean home environment upholding accreditation standards and regulations. This position requires a team-player who can also work independently and maintain attendance according to the policy of the agency and position.
