About The Position

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will make a difference in the lives of adults (22+) with Autism and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will provide essential support in a shared living setting, helping individuals achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid and current U.S. driver’s license (1+ year of licensed driving experience).
• Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and adaptability.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting individuals with special needs (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living needs (hygiene, meals, medication, transportation).
• Foster a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment.
