At Fello, we champion the rights of people with disabilities and invest in what matters most: real opportunities, strong relationships, and inclusive, equitable communities. We partner with people with disabilities to provide support services, develop inclusive housing, and create spaces where people feel genuinely connected—not just accommodated. The Community Support Assistant will support one to four people living in a suburban or rural community. The Community Support Assistant is responsible for supporting people with disabilities by promoting independence, self-advocacy, and decision making. This role is grounded in each person’s life choices and the facilitation of opportunities to build meaningful relationships. A key focus is fostering personal growth and autonomy. The Community Support Assistant must meet the qualifications of a Direct Support Professional and complete all required trainings. This is an essential position, and staff may not leave their shift until appropriate coverage has arrived.
