Salary & Benefits: $3500 Sign-On Bonus for New Hires! (paid in 2 installments at 3 months and 6 months with successful completion of Orientation) $1500 Referral Bonus for Current Staff! $20.40 an hour or $21.42 with MAP Certification Comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage. Paid vacation, holidays and sick time. 401k with employer matching, supervision, training, advancement opportunities and many more Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-4pm (35 hr/week) No of Position-1
Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Active and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to lift to 50lbs and sustained periods of sitting or standing
- Ability to assist in a restraint if needed
Nice To Haves
- Experience in substance abuse or mental health preferred
Responsibilities
- Actively Advocate for individuals served demonstrating the Agency’s values and mission in all interactions
- Leveraging your knowledge and interests in the community to empower individuals and enhance their quality of life
- Implement Individual Service Plans
- Assist individuals with Activities of Daily living, including household tasks and chores
- Assist individuals with appointments, including driving the Agency’s van
- Present in a respectful and professional manner in all interaction
- Attend all trainings and implement knowledge throughout your work
- Communicate in an effective manner whether orally or written
