At Dungarvin, we are a mission-driven team dedicated to providing person-centered supports that enable individuals to live as independently as possible. Since 1976, we have worked with people in need of assistance, including those living with intellectual or developmental disabilities or other complex medical needs, across 15 states. This role involves providing hands-on care, assisting individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry, all while fostering independence. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment to ensure comfort and support, helping individuals reach their personal goals. Additionally, you will mentor and guide individuals, offering supervision, positive reinforcement, and support to help them achieve their aspirations.
