Direct Support Professional / Caregiver - Overnight

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with disabilities; behavioral or medical complexities in our residential programs! As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will support our persons served with activities that focus on increasing their independence. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work with the person served to provide coaching, supervision, and role modeling life skills. The job may also include transportation, medication administration, meal preparation, /or and assistance with personal cares.
Requirements
- Employees must be at least 18 years of age per Oregon State Administrative Rules
- Successful candidates will be required to meet all Oregon State Department of Human Services requirements
- Good communication is key in this role.
- You’ll rely on your reading, writing, and communication skills to document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
- This is a non-driving position
