About The Position

Manchester House is seeking a compassionate and dependable Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional to support children and adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting. This role focuses on promoting growth, well-being, and autonomy while maintaining a safe, structured, and nurturing environment overnight.

Responsibilities

Provide a safe, warm, and responsive environment through positive interaction and role modeling
Support residents’ individualized treatment and behavior plans using a 5:1 positive reinforcement ratio
Assist with de-escalation using CPI techniques and least restrictive interventions
Maintain overnight routines, schedules, and planned activities
Accurately complete all required documentation by end of shift
Assist with resident care, housekeeping tasks, and transportation as assigned
Collect data on resident strengths and needs using designated tools
Participate as an active member of the treatment team, including meetings, trainings, and debriefings
Support orientation of new residents and staff when assigned
Follow all Manchester House and Pride, Inc. policies, including confidentiality, medication, and child safety
