Requirements

Must be 18+ years old
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Compassion, patience, and a commitment to staying awake and attentive overnight

Nice To Haves

Previous DSP or care experience is a plus - but we'll train the right person!

Responsibilities

Stay awake and alert overnight to ensure the s afety and comfort of individuals supported
Provide emotional and physical support, including help with hygiene, bedtime routines, and medication (as needed)
Support each person's independence, rights, and well-being
Keep documentation and follow care or behavior plans
Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
