Maintains the general security, cleanliness, of the assigned emergency residence facility while aiding clients with daily living. Monitors the evening/weekend operation of the emergency residential site. Responsible for locking and opening the residential site at the appropriate times, daily, and ensures the safety of the residential site and residents. Maintains proper condition, cleanliness, and safety of residential site, and responds appropriately to emergency situations. Provides hands on instruction to implement housing service plans. Participates in regular staff meetings, and training to develop basic knowledge and skills necessary to assist clients. Other duties as required. Adheres to all policies, laws, regulations and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures.

  • Adheres to all policies, laws, regulations and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures.
  • High School Diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of skills, experience and education may be considered at the discretion of the Agency.
  • Ability to receive, understand, and community with effectiveness and follow instructions. Must have ability to utilize electronic medical records.
  • Must have a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and safe driving record.
  • Must successfully obtain Criminal History Clearance from the Pennsylvania State Police, Child Abuse Clearance from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and FBI Fingerprint Clearance.
