About The Position

As a Medication Technician (AMAP), you will safely and accurately dispense medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). You will document medication administration in compliance with state and agency guidelines, monitor individuals for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns to nursing staff, maintain secure storage and handling of medications, and assist with refills, inventory, and communication with pharmacies as needed. In addition to medication responsibilities, you’ll also provide direct support to the individuals we serve, helping them build independence, engage in daily living activities, and enjoy a higher quality of life.
