About The Position

Become a part of the Halcyon Center, a program that serves adults in Massachusetts with autism and developmental disabilities, offering ongoing education, experiences and a supportive staff that emphasizes the individuals' role in making choices; thereby giving them the greatest control of the direction of their own life. This position provides supervision to clients in a group home setting. DSPs/Residential Behavior Specialists work with a supportive team that includes the Residential Manager, and more!

Requirements

• Must have a High School diploma
• Valid driver's license in good standing for minimum 3 years
• Insured auto
• 3+ years of professional experience with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to clients in a group home setting
• Support individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in making choices
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team including the Residential Manager
