About The Position
Direct Support Counselor is desired to work in the King County homes that require 24-hour supported living services. team. Full or part-time hours are available. Our clients thrives on their daily routine yet also enjoys impromptu outings and being participants of the community. . Paid training is included. Requirements
- Must be available to work 5 shifts per month, up to 10-12 shifts if needed
Responsibilities
- providing mobility support
- promoting positive: mental, physical, and nutritional health
- observing, monitoring and recording clients' conditions
- healthy communication with clients, relatives and other caregiving assistants
- personal care, including infection prevention and control, food, personal hygiene and overall reassurance, comfort and safety
- performing household chores and ordering supplies
