The role involves assisting people with personal hygiene, supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs, and helping participants engage in community activities and achieve developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Requirements

• Had a Driver's License for at least 1 year (post permit)
• Clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist people with their personal hygiene
• Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
