About The Position

$1,000 Sign On Bonus! (excludes PRN Staff; Attendance and Performance considered) Spring / Houston North / Tomball Area Integrated Community Services is now hiring Part-Time and PRN Caregiver staff positions in the Spring / North Houston/ Tomball area to work with Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in a group home setting. Integrated Community Services house and serve over 300 individuals with intellectual disabilities statewide in group homes, natural-residential settings, and in the foster care model from six regional satellite offices. The ideal candidate would have Caregiving, Direct Support and/ or Direct Care, C.N.A. or Home Health experience and understands personal care of individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting. To support our population of individuals one must be fun, clean, mature, dependable, organized, respectful, and patient in challenging situations. On the job Training provided! Shifts available : Part-Time : Saturday - Sunday; 8PM - 8AM Weekend Rotator : Saturday - Monday; (Sat) 8AM - (Mon) 8AM Opportunity to get additional hours as you're willing. Inquire about Shift Differential Pay - for Specific Times at Specific Locations.

Requirements

• Valid and current Texas Driver's License
• Clear Background Check
• Clear DMV Check
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Proof of Education
• No confirmation of Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation of an elderly or disabled person
• No history of Medicaid fraud.

Responsibilities

• Assistance with Grooming and Toileting
• Assistance with Meal Preparation and Mealtime Monitoring
• Assistance with Medication Administration
• House Cleaning (i.e., Sweeping, Mopping, Laundry etc.)
• Driving company vehicles
• Specialized Documentation
• Supervision during recreational activities
• Communication with outside family members and office staff.
