About The Position

As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will engage in rewarding work by helping individuals grow, learn, and live well. This role involves developing meaningful relationships with the people you serve, being empowered by leaders to make appropriate decisions for participants, and taking initiative to integrate participants into the community and help them enjoy their favorite activities. You will support participants in achieving developmental goals related to budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Additionally, you will assist individuals with personal hygiene and provide support to those who may experience behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
