About The Position

Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Driver – Non-CDL Columbus, OH | Cincinnati, OH $23–$29/hr | Mon–Fri | Local Routes Deliver and merchandise ice cream to local retail stores. No sales quotas—stores/reps write orders. Why This Role Start at $23/hr with structured growth up to $29/hr Local routes only – home daily Monday–Friday schedule Flexible start times (set with your leader) Performance-based opportunity to complete weekly route in 4 days Busy summers, lighter schedules outside peak season

Requirements

• Non-CDL drivers
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in cold environments
• Reliable, safety-focused, customer-oriented

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen products to assigned accounts
• Stock shelves, organize backstock, maintain freezer displays
• Build positive relationships with store teams
