About The Position

Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Driver – Non-CDL Syracuse, NY $23–$29/hr | Mon–Fri | Local Routes Deliver and merchandise ice cream to local retail stores. No sales quotas—stores/reps write orders. Why This Role Start at $23/hr (training rate) with structured growth up to $29/hr Local routes only – home daily Monday–Friday schedule Flexible start times (set with your leader) Performance-based opportunity to complete weekly route in 4 days Busy summers, lighter schedules outside peak season What You’ll Do Deliver frozen products to assigned accounts Stock shelves, organize backstock, maintain freezer displays Build positive relationships with store teams Work independently with strong team support

Requirements

• CDL drivers
• Delivery, route, or merchandising experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in cold environments
• Reliable, safety-focused, customer-oriented
