About The Position

Acara Solutions and our client have a 100% remote contract-to-direct hire position for a Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer on the MUOS Program. The role requires expertise in C++ constructs, classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, operator overloading, and the development and execution of real-time C++ in a Linux environment. Candidates should have experience with Universal Software Radio Peripheral (USRP) Ettus Software Defined Radio, Digital Signal Processing using C++ libraries for FFT, and MATLAB. Additional experience with the Intel compiler and deploying DSP components into a container environment is a plus.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), embedded real-time operating systems, and C++ programming.
